Zoltek Completes Additional Funding

ST. LOUIS, July 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Zoltek Companies, Inc. (Nasdq: ZOLT) reported today that it had received an additional $2.5 million of funding today under the previously announced amendment to its existing convertible financing facility of up to $60 million with institutional investors. Zoltek now has received a total of $52.5 million under this arrangement. The financing package is expected to provide a portion of the financial resources required to enable the Company to execute its planned expansion of its worldwide rated carbon fiber productive capacity.
