Korean ship builder NOK-BONG Ship Building Co., Ltd. (NBS) has purchased 20,000,000 unissued shares of common stock in St. Lawrence Energy Corp. (OTC: SLAW), a Delaware corporation, at a price per share of $1.50, for $30 million.

FTC Grants Early Termination of Waiting Period for VeraSun Energy and US BioEnergy Proposed Merger

VeraSun Energy Corp. (NYSE: VSE) and US BioEnergy Corp. (NASDAQ: USBE) today announced that the Federal Trade Commission has granted early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act for the proposed merger between VeraSun Energy and US BioEnergy. O2Diesel Corporation (AMEX: OTD) today announced that the Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) of the State of Karnataka in India has recently announced that it is switching the first 2,500 buses of its 5,162 bus fleet to O2Diesel™, an ethanol blended diesel fuel comprised of 7.7% of renewable ethanol and 0.5% of the O2Diesel’s proprietary fuel additive technology based on a successful trial of the fuel.
