Timken Names Exide Technologies’ Reilly to Board

Timken (TKR – commentary – Cramer’s Take) said Monday its board elected John P. Reilly, nonexecutive chairman of Exide Technologies (XIDE – commentary – Cramer’s Take), as a director of the company. Currently, Reilly serves as a director on the boards of Material Sciences (MSC – commentary – Cramer’s Take) and Marshfield Door Systems.
Reilly’s election expands the Timken board to 13 directors, the Canton, Ohio-based company said.
