July 6 (Reuters) – Exide Technologies (XIDE.O: Quote, Profile, Research) on Thursday said its 2006 financial statements contain a going concern modification.
The company, in a statement, said the modification was from its independent accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. (Reporting by Tuhin Kar in Bangalore)
